VAT

All prices and rents quoted exclude any VAT that may be chargeable.

Services

We have not tested any services, appliances, equipment or facilities at any office, co-working space, innovation space, laboratory or serviced office space.

Measurements

Any areas, measurements or distances referred to are given as a GUIDE ONLY.  Tenants and applicants must rely on their own enquiries.

Planning

It should not be assumed that the property has all necessary planning, building regulations or other consents. Where any reference is made to planning permission or potential uses such information is given in good faith.
